Role Overview
We are seeking a Turkish Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maadi. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting Turkish-speaking users through real-time chat support, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to Turkish-speaking users via live chat.
• Handle product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level Turkish, with strong English proficiency.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism and reliability.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
