NAOS CX is hiring for multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) to support a UAE-based telecom company (insourced staff) across inbound voice and non-voice campaigns.

Shift Duration : 8 working hours + 1-hour break

1) LOB 101 – B1+ English Inbound Voice

2) LOB SMB – B2 English Voice Support (Small & Medium Business)

-- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome

Skills:
-- Strong English communication
-- Confidence handling business customers
