Job Summary:
iFAB Corp is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Bilingual Desk Clerk who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, as the primary responsibility is handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, customers, and internal teams
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle continuous phone work for extended periods
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
