You’ll collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and compliant hiring experience. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate hiring efforts for Spanish-speaking hourly candidates

• Create and post inclusive job descriptions

• Review resumes and identify qualified applicants

• Schedule and conduct interviews

• Facilitate job offers and onboarding

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs

• Lead new hire orientation and engagement activities

• Provide HR support to operations leaders and supervisors

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding preferred
