Where you’ll work…

Located in thriving Jefferson County, Palermo’s facility is a main employer and business in the community.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operation includes two production lines, as well as a shipping and receiving facility.

When you’ll work…

This role will be located on-site at the facility which operates Monday – Saturday over three (3) different shifts. The individual joining the team will primarily work across first and second – with availability as needed for third shift employees.

What you’ll do…

• Provide bilingual support to employees across three shifts.
• Support the team with daily HR needs from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, facilitation of employee engagement events, employee communication, and development.
• Connect with plant management daily providing HR guidance as appropriate.
• Collaborate with all departments and HR team members to facilitate onboarding, orientation, and assist with employee issues, providing interpreting and translation as needed.
• Demonstrate strong HRIS skills (UKG preferred) to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with all company and government labor policies, laws, and practices.
