Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human capital management, employment law, and talent acquisition, with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. This role involves managing a broad range of HR functions, supporting organizational development, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Bilingual HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations, strategic planning, and HR process management.

Duties

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo
  • Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives
  • Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA standards
  • Support change management initiatives and assist with organizational design and workforce planning strategies
  • Maintain HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Oracle HCM for accurate data collection and reporting
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and conflict management skills to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws including FMLA, affirmative action planning, and contracts management
  • Conduct training & development sessions and support succession planning efforts
  • Manage HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Collaborate on project management tasks related to HR initiatives such as benefits programs, performance management systems, and strategic HR planning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro
  • Familiarity with HR software tools including ADP, Paychex, Kronos, Dayforce, Paylocity, Oracle HCM, Ceridian, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with data entry, data collection, and reporting for HR metrics and analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Human Resources or related fields are preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
