Responsibilities

• Welcome and evaluate new prospective clients, helping determine if they’re a good fit for our firm.
• Accurately enter and manage potential client information in our Clio system.
• Partner with our team to ensure every client’s journey starts smoothly and positively.
• Be an essential part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work truly matters.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both spoken and written communication.
• Prior law firm intake experience is required, and applicants must be able to provide references.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and people skills.
• Strong organizational ability, with a knack for multitasking and attention to detail.
• A motivated, team-oriented professional who thrives in a busy setting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18 – $20 (based on experience).
• Full-time, on-site position (8-hour shift, Monday to Friday).
• Work Location: Coral Gables, FL 33146 (applicants must be able to commute).
