This Role

Intake Specialists are the first voice potential clients hear from Finch. You’ll build trust in minutes, qualify cases, and ensure every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly. This 24/7 team is the front line of Finch’s client experience.

You will:

• Be the overnight staff answering calls in both English and Spanish
• Answer inbound calls, and place outbound calls on inquiries for multiple Law Firms with empathy and professionalism
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria and an understanding of personal injury cases
• Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
• Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
• With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner

Your Team: Legal Operations

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.

You Might Be a Fit if You:

• Have 3+ years in client-facing experience in Personal Injury law - intake or case management
• Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
• Can lead conversations with empathy while maintaining control of the call
• Stay calm and focused under pressure
• Are able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Can confidently help people understand how a lawyer can best help with their situation with a soft sales approach

Compensation

$70,000 – $100,000 annual salary + equity

We’re building a best-in-class team and accordingly aim for competitive salary and offer shares in the company to every legal operator. Salary is commensurate with experience and location.
