Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role involves interacting with customers, assessing their insurance needs, and providing suitable coverage options.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients

- Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Requirements:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar sales role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet targets and goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
