Bilingual Office Assistant and Receptionist for Moving Company

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant and Receptionist to join our moving company team! Duties

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate moving timelines, and manage calendar appointments for staff
  • Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize files.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks for invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally while ensuring positive experiences

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are MANDATORY to serve diverse clients better
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous
