About Us

A busy litigation firm is seeking a professional and dependable bilingual receptionist/office assistant to join our team and provide excellent support to our attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage client communications.
  • Translate and interpret conversations, documents, and correspondence when needed.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail and emails; prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain organized client files (physical and digital).
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as requested.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting spaces are clean and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written) required.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or customer service role preferred.
  • Experience in a law office or legal setting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
