Bilingual Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation

Our client, a leading law firm in Kuwait, is seeking a senior legal counsel with extensive experience in litigation to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in litigation matters, and contribute to their strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on a range of litigation matters.
• Prepare legal documents for representation of clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff for effective case management.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of litigation experience with English language proficiency.
• Proven track record in managing complex cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
