We specialize in essential commercial services, from kitchen exhaust hoods to large-scale grease management. We are currently hitting a new threshold of growth and are looking for a dedicated Operations Lead to join our mission. The Role As our Service Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of the company. You aren't just "answering phones"; you are an operations strategist managing multiple active routes, coordinating with commercial clients, and ensuring our field technicians have exactly what they need to succeed. You will be the bridge between our office and the field, ensuring every operation runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Dispatching: Create and optimize daily routes for our pumping and hood cleaning crews using our specialized CRM and internal scheduling systems.
  • Communication Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for our field technicians (Bilingual English/Spanish is required).
  • Customer Excellence: Handle intake for new prospects and emergency service calls, providing professional support and rapid solutions.
  • Data Integrity: Manage invoicing, payment processing through QuickBooks, and ensure all site-specific details (access codes, timing, locations) are 100% accurate.
  • Growth Support: Proactively follow up on open quotes and manage account health to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
  • Bilingual: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in QuickBooks and modern CRMs is a must.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and responsibility are non-negotiable. You are the person the team leans on.
  • Flexibility: While this is a standard schedule, you must be available for weekend on-call coordination when emergency needs arise. Our industry moves 24/7, and our support doesn't stop on Friday at 5:00 PM.
  • Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you see a problem and you solve it.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
