Bilingual Spanish Teacher

All Nations Community School (ANCS), a globally-minded, Christ-centered, International Baccalaureate (IB) school located in the heart of The Woodlands/Spring area, is seeking a passionate and qualified Bilingual Spanish Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This full-time position includes teaching 4th and 5th Grade Spanish (dual immersion), 6th Grade Spanish, and Middle and High School Spanish courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Spanish language instruction to students in 4th–12th grade using immersive, inquiry-based approaches.
• Support and implement the goals of the school’s Spanish immersion and IB programs.
• Foster a culturally inclusive classroom environment that promotes language fluency and global awareness.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and colleagues to support student success.
• Integrate Christian values and character formation into daily classroom routines.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification for Upper Elementary and/or Middle School (Texas certification or transferable preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a dual language or Spanish immersion program.
• Experience with Middle and High School Spanish instruction strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills and a heart for Christian education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
