Job Title: Billing Accountant (2 Positions)

Location: Panipat

Salary Package: ₹23,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for two skilled Billing Accountants with strong experience in Tally,

GST, and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidates should have excellent

attention to detail, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage billing

operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare and manage day-to-day billing activities.

● Maintain accurate financial records using Tally.

● Perform bank reconciliation regularly.

● Handle GST-related tasks, including GST entries and GST return filing.

● Manage TDS calculations and compliance.

● Ensure timely and accurate recording of all accounting transactions. ●

Coordinate with internal teams for financial requirements and documentation. ●

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Billing Accountant or similar role.

● Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.

● Experience in GST, GST returns, and TDS.

● Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

● Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
