Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Panipat

CTC: ₹22,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage overall

accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have

strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounts management,

along with the ability to guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage the complete accounting process.

● Supervise billing activities and support junior accountants when required.

● Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.

● Perform and review bank reconciliations.

● Handle GST filings, GST adjustments, and ensure timely return submissions.

● Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.

● Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.

● Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting and statutory

standards.

● Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.

● Identify process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting.

● Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, tax filing, and reconciliation.

● Sound understanding of accounting standards and compliance.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and documentation abilities.
