Billing and Bookkeeping Specialist

Reflect Christian Counseling Inc. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our financial and administrative systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping records clean, organized, and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including tracking, recording, and reconciling financial transactions
  • Submit and manage insurance billing for therapy services (training provided)
  • Review financial and billing records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date financial and administrative documentation
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Prior bookkeeping experience (required)
  • Willing to come into the office for a 4hr shift at least once week
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
  • Comfort working with numbers, systems, and repetitive processes
  • High level of reliability and follow-through

Additional Information

  • Part-time, remote position
  • Training provided for insurance billing processes (we use a fairly intuitive system)
