Billing and Charge Specialist

FULL TIME BILLING POSITION AVAILABLE

Private multi-disciplinary pain management practice/ASC in Knoxville, TN currently hiring a full-time experienced charge poster with AR follow-up experience. Position is in office, not remote.

Candidate should have medical billing experience in order to be considered for this position. Duties will include posting charges as well as working denials and AR follow-up. Candidate will also assist front desk with insurance verifications.

Candidate should possess the following skills:

- Detail oriented/self-motivated/positive attitude

- Proficient in working accounts receivable reports

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Knowledge in checking patient's eligibility and insurance coverage

- Proficient with EHR system

- Customer service oriented
