Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit client bills/invoices based on project progress, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and contract terms.
- Reconcile quantities and verify work executed on-site with contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to collect and validate work progress data.
- Ensure billing is aligned with contract agreements and project timelines.
- Track and manage variations and change orders, and incorporate them into billing documents.
- Liaise with the accounts and finance departments for timely submission and clearance of invoices.
- Maintain documentation of all billing-related records for audit and internal reference.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Review and verify subcontractor bills and certification of payments.
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing and cost tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, BOQ preparation, and contract billing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software such as ERP.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
