Billing Engineer

Job Description:

As a Construction Billing and Planning Engineer at RiseCo Infra, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and tracking progress while also managing billing processes. Your role will involve coordinating with project teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring accurate billing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, incorporating all phases of construction and associated activities.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure alignment of project timelines with overall project objectives.

Billing and Cost Control:Prepare accurate and timely project invoices based on contractual terms and project milestones.
Track project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to budgets.

Progress Reporting:Generate regular progress reports, outlining project status, milestones achieved, and potential risks or delays.
Collaborate with project teams to address issues and adjust schedules as needed.

Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and billing records.
Ensure that all project-related documents comply with internal and external standards.

Client Communication:Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, billing inquiries, and any changes to the project timeline.
Address client concerns and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Billing and Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction billing processes and project planning methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
