Billing Engineer

A Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing all project billing activities, including quantity take-offs, RA bills, invoices, certification of work executed, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for construction/engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and invoice submissions.
• Verify measurement sheets, site quantities, BOQs, and work executed.
• Maintain all billing-related documentation with accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for billing inputs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, site measurements, and specifications.
• Prepare and validate BOQs and cost estimates.
• Reconcile quantities between drawings, work executed, and contractor bills.
• Liaise with clients for bill approval, certification, and clarifications.
• Work with contractors/subcontractors to verify claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor project billing status and cash flow.
• Prepare MIS reports on billing progress, certified quantities, and revenue forecasts.
• Identify billing deviations and support cost-control measures.

Pay: ₹39,883.18 - ₹55,239.16 per month
