Billing Engineer

Billing Engineer role:

1. Understanding complete Work order and BOQ, payment terms and billing format project wise.

2. To raise running bills project wise as per project work done and materials delivered.

3. To check all documents attached to bill and submit bill in proper format.

4. To maintain project wise payment ledger and initiate payment followups

5. To maintain payment ledger of vendors and contractors. To scrutinise bills submitted by vendors and highlight anomalies and errors.

6. To meet and follow up clients account department to clear pending payments and tally ledger

7. Basic accounting skills like GST , bank reconcilliation and tally is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
