Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Engineer to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting running bills, handling client and subcontractor billing, and coordinating with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate measurement and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and variation bills as per contract terms
• Record and verify measurements (BOQ / MB) at site
• Coordinate with site engineers for quantity verification
• Prepare and submit client bills on time
• Check and certify subcontractor bills
• Maintain billing records, abstracts, and reconciliation statements
• Handle deviation statements, extra item analysis, and rate justification
• Coordinate with planning, accounts, and contracts teams
• Ensure billing complies with contract specifications and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Billing Engineer in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
