· Minimum 3-5 Years of Billing experience

· Building projects billing experience is must.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work

§ Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction.

§ Record of executed work i.e. reports after execution, daily progress report.

§ Execution of the work as like excavation of building for foundation, Layout of the building, Rcc work and shuttering fixing and leveling as per drawing and specifications.

§ Timely Estimating & Billing.

§ Rate analysis.

§ Coordinating and scheduling of daily progress.

§ DPR, Client Bill preparation , Checking Sub contractor bills etc

§ Checking the final quantities and approving the quantities of the final bills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
