Billing Engineer

• Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Take joint measurements with client/consultant and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
• Verify executed quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
• Study and understand contract agreements, BOQs, work orders, and amendments.
• Prepare client-wise and subcontractor-wise reconciliation statements.
• Assist in material reconciliation, subcontractor bills, and rate analysis.
• Support Project Manager in tracking project cash flow.
• Understand and analyse DSR issued by CPWD.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and rate analysis
• Familiarity with construction contracts and billing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic quantity take-offs)
• Understanding of GST implications in construction billing
• ERP/Project Management Software (SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Strong capability of planning will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
