Role Overview

Parmatama Design And Build Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, BOQs, billing, and cost control for construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring ethics, quality, and transparency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets

✔ Quantity take-off from architectural, structural, MEP & interior drawings

✔ Prepare rate analysis, tender comparisons & feasibility estimates

✔ Assist in vendor & subcontractor evaluation and negotiations

✔ Monitor project costs, variations, and material consumption

✔ Prepare & verify RA bills, final bills, and reconciliations

✔ Handle extra items, variation orders & claims

✔ Coordinate with design, site, procurement & finance teams

✔ Prepare cost reports, MIS & cash-flow statements

✔ Ensure compliance with contracts, standards & company ethics

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

3–10 years experience in construction & interior projects

Skills Required

BOQ preparation & cost control expertise

Knowledge of construction methods & interior finishes

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & estimation software

Strong analytical & negotiation skills

High attention to accuracy, quality, ethics & transparency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,391.17 - ₹35,710.46 per month
