Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Billing Executive with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Marg software. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, purchase entries, and related accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing and invoicing activities using Marg software.
• Prepare and verify purchase entries and ensure timely posting in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth billing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Billing Executive (preferably in pharma/chemical industry).
• Proficiency in Marg software (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
