Billing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the U.S. medical billing process and the ability to manage claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve claim errors.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Maintain billing records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in U.S. Medical Billing (RCM).
• Experience with ECW, Kareo, Athena, or Office Ally is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Night shift availability is mandatory.
