Position: Billing Executive

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Experience: Fresher–2 years in billing, accounting, or a related field

Office Location: Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi

Salary: Upto 18000

Timing: 10:30-07:00

Week off: Sunday

Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, data entry)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1.Billing & Invoicing

Generate sales invoices in the system (Tally/ERP).

Verify customer details, product rates, quantities, and taxes before billing.

Ensure all invoices follow company billing policies.

Share invoices with Sales/Logistics team for dispatch.

2.Documentation & Record Management

Maintain day-wise billing records.

Keep copies of invoices (digital & physical) for audit requirements.

Maintain customer billing files and documents systematically.

3.Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts team for smooth billing.

Communicate billing errors or missing information to concerned departments.

Follow up with teams for billing clarifications when needed.

4. Data Entry & Verification

Enter billing data accurately in Tally/ERP.

Check tax calculations, discounts, credit notes, and product rates.

Update billing register on a daily basis.

5. Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports.

Share billing summary with Accounts Manager.

Highlight pending bills or incomplete documentation.

6. Compliance

Ensure correct GST and tax calculations in invoices.

Support Accounts team during GST filing, audits, and verifications.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
