Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to join our billing department in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with SAP (preferred). The role involves processing invoices, verifying transactions, and ensuring accurate billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents accurately.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and pricing before generating invoices.
• Ensure timely and error-free billing to customers and vendors.
• Maintain proper records of all billing transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate billing data.
• Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain billing records in SAP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years in billing (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing plant billing process.

Work Environment:

• On-site role in a manufacturing plant setting.
• May require extended hours during month-end or audit periods.
