Job Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations at both the hospital canteen and the coffee shop, ensuring accurate transactions, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations. This role includes handling cash and digital payments, maintaining sales reports, and supporting the food service team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle billing at the canteen and coffee shop counters.

Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.

Generate and provide customer bills/receipts.

Maintain daily sales reports and hand over to the supervisor.

Support stock checking and reporting shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the billing area.

Provide friendly customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Coordinate with kitchen and café staff during peak hours.

Follow all hospital rules and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Plus Two / Diploma

Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

Good communication skills in Malayalam.

Strong accuracy in cash handling.

Polite, customer-friendly, and well-disciplined.

Ability to work in shifts.

Experience

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with experience in billing/cashier/canteen/café roles will get a higher salary.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: ₹16,000 per month.

Salary increase based on experience and performance.

Shift-based duty (morning/evening/night), as per canteen & coffee shop requirements.
