Billing Executive

Required skills

• Proficient with computers and web-based applications
• Experienced in preparation of customers’ invoices
• Excellent typing skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Familiarity with the provincial and federal sales tax laws and tax environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to efficiently obtain required documents
• Understanding of the road transport sector is preferred

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce or business

Experience:

• Minimum three years of experience of working as a billing executive preferably in transportation / logistics company
• Experience in customers follow-up
• Proven experience in typing and data archiving in a computer database
