Billing Executive for Showroom - Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Billing Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service to customers. As the final point of contact in the customer journey, you will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system (cash, credit/debit, financing options, etc.)
• Prepare and issue invoices for furniture and decor sales
• Verify that billing information matches customer orders, including sales contracts, delivery charges, and applicable GST
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or returns
• Generate and maintain reports on billing activities, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances for management review
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout/billing area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred (furniture showroom experience is a plus)
• Strong math and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Preferred availability on weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
