Billing & Invoicing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Billing & Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with invoices and CSV files received from major couriers such as DPD UK, UPS, and DPD Europe, ensuring accuracy in billing, client reconciliation, and margin application.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and break down courier invoices (DPD UK, UPS, DPD Europe).

• Match invoice data against CSV files, manifests, and client reference numbers.

• Allocate charges to the correct client account.

• Apply company margin to the reconciled costs.

• Prepare and issue client invoices based on breakdowns.

• Maintain accurate records of spending per client and margins earned.

• Provide reporting to management on costs and profitability per client.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).

• Previous experience with logistics invoices, freight forwarding, or courier billing is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
