As a Billing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with the accounts, sales, and export departments. You will oversee billing procedures for local and international customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily billing operations of the company.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for local and international clients.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and payment terms before generating invoices.
  • Coordinate with sales, export, and accounts departments to ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payments.
  • Ensure billing compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Prepare billing reports and provide updates to management.
  • Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audit and financial reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounts management.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
