Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end revenue assurance: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across billing, provisioning, collections, and payment systems.</li><li>Execute daily/weekly reconciliations of billing, collections, and provisioning data across systems.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies (e.g., unbilled usage, failed payments, plan mismatches) and escalate root causes.</li><li>Support audits of revenue cycles (quote-to-cash) and assist in leak recovery projects.</li><li>Generate reports: Track KPIs (leakage rates, billing errors) using Excel, BI tools, or internal dashboards.</li><li>Document processes and maintain logs of issues/resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and Sales Operations to resolve data errors.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
