Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Generate and issue monthly invoices to subscription-based customers accurately and on time
• Manage recurring billing cycles and ensure correct pricing, discounts, and contract terms are applied
• Follow up with customers via email and phone calls for outstanding payments
• Ensure timely collection of dues and reduce aging receivables
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing, payment, and customer records
• Reconcile invoices, payments, credits, and refunds
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare regular billing and accounts receivable reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or ACCA
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or invoicing, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS/e-learning environment
• Strong understanding of monthly/recurring billing processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills for payment collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare or e-learning industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR aging reports.

KPIs / Goals:

· Monthly targets will be aligned with the outstanding A/R. Commission payouts will start once a minimum of 60% attainment is achieved, and higher attainment levels will unlock increased commission percentages.
