Billing Specialist (Dental Focused)

Billing Specialist (Dental Focused) | Full-Time | Pay based on experience

If you love dentistry, want to help people behind the scenes, we want to hear from you! We are excited to add a Billing Specialist to our amazing Billing team!

What You’ll Do as a Billing Specialist:

• Review and submit accurate dental insurance claims with the right attachments
• Include x-rays and narratives where required, no claim left behind!
• Submit claims within 24 hours of treatment
• Follow up and resolve outstanding claims within 30 days
• Process EOBs, denials, and appeals like a pro
• Conduct audits on patient accounts and keep the billing cycle moving
• Uphold strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA regulations
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For :

• Dental experience (in any area of a dental office)
• Experience with dental practice management systems
• Comfortable reading dental x-rays and working with narratives
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and dental practice management systems
• Exceptionally organized, focused, and self-motivated
