Billing staff

✅ Job Summary:

The Billing Staff is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper documentation of all billing activities, and handling customer queries related to billing.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders or service delivery.
• Maintain proper billing records and filing of invoices.
• Track pending payments and follow up with customers.
• Update customer account statements regularly.
• Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to confirm service details before invoicing.
• Record all billing transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
• Prepare reports on billing status, payment collections, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with GST invoicing rules.
• Assist in preparing monthly billing reports for management.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Com in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing or invoicing.
• Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Knowledge of GST billing format and tax laws.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge.

✅ Working Hours:

• Shift-Based Timing: Between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as per the assigned shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,538.18 - ₹32,409.35 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Billing: 1 year (Preferred)
