BIM Architect

Job Title: BIM Architect (3–4+ Years Experience) – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a BIM Architect with 3–4+ years of proven experience in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in BIM processes, passionate about design and coordination, and able to deliver high-quality models and documentation.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
• Ensure project deliverables meet design and construction requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain project standards.
• Support the implementation of BIM execution plans and workflows.
• Assist in resolving design and coordination issues using BIM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field).
• 3–4+ years of professional experience as a BIM Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and other BIM-related software.
• Good understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
