Job Title: BIM Architect Interior Design (ID) Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Interior Design Specialist with strong consultant-side experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for BIM modelling, coordination, and preparation of detailed design documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM Interior Design
• Experience in interior fit-out and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to produce LOD 300–400 BIM models and construction drawings
• Strong understanding of interior detailing and shop drawings

Proficiency:

• Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Interior Modeling)
• AutoCAD for detailed drawings and documentation
• Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• BIM collaboration and model coordination workflows
