BIM Architect

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in architectural BIM modeling, proficiency in BIM software, and the ability to work in a coordinated multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit in line with project requirements and BIM standards
• Model architectural elements including walls, floors, ceilings, facades, doors, windows, and finishes
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models with accurate detailing and documentation
• Coordinate architectural models with MEP and structural disciplines
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
• Extract shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Update models based on consultant feedback, design changes, and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and documentation
• Support model submissions, coordination meetings, and technical documentation
• Prepare as-built BIM models reflecting actual site conditions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a BIM Architect
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture); Navisworks knowledge is essential
• Solid understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and clash detection workflows
• Knowledge of UAE codes and standards (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
