BIM Architect | EMEA

We are hiring a CAD Technician. In this role, you will produce and update detailed 2D and 3D design models to support complex engineering projects. You will coordinate across multiple disciplines, resolve technical design issues, and ensure consistent execution of design packages. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Develop 3D reference models from PointCloud data
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve design flaws and ensure consistency
• Prepare supplementary design details such as data extraction, views, and setting out
• Coordinate design delivery across architectural, mechanical, and MEP disciplines
• Support field engineers with composite layouts and respond to RFI queues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in CAD design within architectural or engineering environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM360
• Experience creating models from PointCloud data
• Strong ability to manage and track workload to meet project milestones
• English language proficiency
• Preferred: experience in warehousing/logistics design and workspace layout
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate and lead small groups
