Role Purpose
To develop and manage accurate and detailed architectural BIM models, ensuring alignment with design intent, project specifications, and construction requirements. The role focuses on facilitating multidisciplinary coordination, detecting design clashes, and delivering high-quality documentation to support successful project execution.
Key Accountabilities

Prepare required shop drawings & sketches according to project plan targets.

Assist in Preparation of RFIs data attachments.

Implementation of modifications received through RFIs replies, New IFC- design modifications, Official Correspondences.

Amend consultant’s comments on the shop drawings.

Participate in the coordination processes between different disciplines (Architectural & Structural, Mechanical and Electrical), report incase of technical issue/ clashes observed.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

1-2 Years of experience.

Experience as a BIM Architecture Engineer within the construction industry.

Proficiency in BIM authoring software such as Revit and coordination tools like Navisworks.

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.

Familiarity with BIM standards, guidelines, and project execution plans.

Understanding of clash detection, coordination processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and digital design innovation is a plus.
