Role Purpose
To lead the development and coordination of detailed architectural BIM models, ensuring alignment with design intent, project specifications, and construction requirements. This role focuses on managing complex modeling tasks, mentoring junior team members, resolving coordination issues, and delivering accurate and high-quality BIM outputs to support project success.
Key Accountabilities

Technical Support: Assist in technical operations related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, supporting compliance with project requirements.

Prepare coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.

Design and Shop Drawing: Contribute to the design and shop drawing processes for MEP projects.

Review of project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ and coordinate with procurement and nominated vendors or suppliers.

Review and check all MEP drawing and cross check it with related civil drawings to identify and order the embedded items.

Quantity surveying for all MEP equipment and materials, Electrical, Low current, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Prepares estimates of projects or parts of projects for a specific discipline based on the available documents.

Prepare purchases requisitions required during tender stage and for awarded projects based on design project requirements and quantities take off for all mechanical materials, systems, and equipment.

Prepares and checks the Bills of Quantity MEP systems as required.

Review and approve design/shop drawings, technical data and materials submittals.

Prepare, evaluate, and analyze technical offers.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 4 Years of experience

Significant experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the construction industry.

Strong expertise in BIM authoring software such as Revit and coordination tools like Navisworks.

In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and material specifications.

Familiarity with BIM standards, international guidelines, and multidisciplinary collaboration practices.

Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage complex project deliverables.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of sustainable design, parametric modeling, and advanced digital design techniques is a plus.
