Role Purpose
The BIM Architecture Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of architectural BIM engineers to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation for construction projects. The role ensures adherence to BIM standards, project timelines, and coordination with other disciplines to achieve accurate and efficient design outcomes that support the company’s project delivery goals.
Key Accountabilities

Project startup study- Review and check all project file documentation deliverables/ Setup technical project file “Filing system”/ Activities arrangements.

Project plan- Forecast- implement mitigation plan in cases of delays and critical situation on project lifetime.

Monthly reports within team evaluation/ Monitor individual progress with ongoing Project plan achievements.

Study project ongoing design modifications as new IFC/ SWI & reporting outstanding issues in all assigned packages.

Technical review of shop drawings output complying with ASGC standards and project requirements.

Data collective “as final submitted shop drawings” and data entry applied “Complete Project file” according to agreed format and directories of project filing system & ensure all information distribution to all concerned stakeholders.

Lead & Coach technical crew in all technical activities required, boost team spirit with best practice in work environment & assure work diversities assignments.

Communication with site technical crew & review consultant comments on technical submissions.

Lead coordination between all disciplines and decide the recommended solution with motive to close all opened issues in the project & highlighted in the monthly report. "Closure of discrepancies list and clash detection with BIM team."

Review RFI in case of any conflict in the design with all different trades for submission, follow up the opened technical issues closure.

Follow up with Senior level the technical induction with assigned Trainee & report the principles of induction Provided.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in architectural design and BIM.

At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).

Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and workflows.

Knowledge of clash detection tools and coordination processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and quality.
