Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and coordination through the different design stages for the BIM model. This role involves also initiating, modifying, and editing Revit families, ensuring the integrity of BIM standards, and maintaining the health of the models. The BIM Coordinator will also play a pivotal role in conducting clash detections, providing quality control, and ensuring the proper integration of data across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate complete Architectural, Interior, and Landscape models using Revit.
• Check and coordinate with all trades (Structural, MEP, etc.) throughout the BIM process.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project codes, and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues with other disciplines.
• Deliver the full Revit model as per project handover requirements.
• Initiate, create, and modify Revit families as required for various projects.
• Edit Revit family parameters to meet project-specific needs and standards.
• Ensure that families are optimized for project performance, with appropriate load times and file sizes.
• Provide guidance to project teams on the use of families and the customization of existing families.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Architectural Revit Coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Solid background in architecture, interior, and landscape projects.
• Experience in Work-sharing, Linked Models, and BIM workflows.
• Proven experience in large-scale projects with successful delivery, documented in the Portfolio.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
