Role Overview

We seek a qualified and driven Architecture BIM Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role involves working across key infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards in delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update architectural BIM models, ensuring alignment with design intent and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and firm’s architectural modelling standards.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolution tasks to avoid design conflicts.
• Lead the review and integration of design changes into the BIM model.
• Provide technical support and guidance to architectural modelers and design staff.
• Attend design coordination meetings and present updates and issues.
• Create and manage RFIs related to architectural discrepancies or clarifications.
• Prepare high-quality 3D views, walkthroughs, and construction-ready deliverables.
• Support site teams in understanding design intent and spatial arrangements
