Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Coordinator role based in Lahore. The BIM Coordinator will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring collaboration between disciplines such as Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). Daily responsibilities include coordinating BIM deliverables, managing interdisciplinary models, assisting with project management, and improving accuracy in project design implementation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Knowledgeable in Architecture and MEP systems integration.
• Experience in Project Management, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
• Ability to work on-site effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
