BIM Coordinator - Facade

Position Overview

BIM Coordinators - Facade are responsible for managing and coordinating BIM technology and processes for construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing BIM technology strategies and plans for specific projects

· Monitoring the use of BIM tools and software by the project team

· Providing technical support and training to the project team on BIM software and tools

· Developing and maintaining project BIM models and associated data

· Ensuring that the project BIM model adheres to all internal and external BIM standards and project requirements

· Coordinating the integration of BIM technology with other building technologies such as project management and scheduling software

· Conducting regular quality control checks of the BIM model and its data

· Collaborating with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues

· Documenting, tracking, and communicating BIM issues, changes, and updates

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Architecture.

· Minimum 4 years of experience as BIM Coordinator in Architecture / Facade decipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
